1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the cp58 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to continue using the platform.

These terms apply to all users without exception, including registered users, guests without an account, and any party accessing cp58 content or services through any device or means.   • Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

  • Cp58 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during the withdrawal process or when unusual account activity is detected.
Password Security
  • Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login details confidential. cp58 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
  • You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless there is clear evidence of unauthorised access. Users are advised to notify the cp58 support team immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access.
  • Use a strong password and never share your account details with any third party.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

All cp58 users agree to use the platform responsibly and to comply with all applicable rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure without prior notice:

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the cp58 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required, as this platform is built exclusively for the Malaysian market.

Accepted Deposit Methods

Cp58 accepts deposits via popular local Malaysian payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX (online banking with Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and other major banks), as well as direct bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to cp58's account verification process. cp58 reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal to ensure security and compliance with relevant financial regulations. Any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities. Funds associated with accounts closed due to fraud may not be returned.

Users bear full responsibility for all betting and entertainment decisions made on this platform. cp58 acts solely as a platform provider and does not assume liability for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting or gaming activities.

Account Suspension & Closure

Cp58 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms and conditions, suspicious activity, or for platform security reasons. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Multiple account registrations by the same individual
  • Use of false information or identity fraud
  • Violation of the platform's usage rules
